11 September 2019Power Outages
A number of villagers are experiencing Intermittent Power Outages in the area. These tend to last between a couple of seconds and five to ten minutes.
Apart from temporary inconvenience they are however playing havoc with Computer, Smart Technology and Email systems which then take time to reboot. They also sometimes cause lights and systems to switch on out of sequence.
Western Power assure the Community Council that the problem is confirmed by their monitoring systems and an investigation is currently in hand. It will possibly require a Tree Pruning Exercise together will the installation of new ceramic insulated cabling in vulnerable areas.
