You can provide the agenda and minutes of a meeting to the public simply by linking text to the documents.

This is a paid add-on costing an additional £30 per year. It doesn't manage all your documents (like policies etc) which you'd probably use Document Folder blocks, but it keeps all your agendas and minutes out of your main file storage and means all your meeting info is kept in one place.
