Communication regarding Rubbish/Recycling Collection

County Councillor Cave has confirmed that she had complained to the Vale Council regarding the lack of communication regarding changes in rubbish/recycling collection, when collections are delayed or missed. She has suggested that this area act as a pilot area for a scheme to improve such communication
