Dog Fouling

We have been informed by the Vale Council that a resident in Colwinston has recently been fined for allowing their dog to foul in the village.
You will have all seen the leaflet asking people to be responsible dog owners.
If you witness Dog Fouling please can you report it via the Vale Website - Report It function, or emailing or calling C1V at the Vale COuncil. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the identity of the dog, dog owner, area and date/time of fouling.
